As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, I am passionate about helping busy women 45+ achieve sustainable weight loss, renewed confidence, and boundless energy—empowering you to become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.
Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes—so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving. Through a personalized and holistic approach, we will work together to create a plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. Every journey begins with a comprehensive fitness assessment to build a customized wellness plan tailored to your goals.
I offer 30- and 50-minute personal training sessions, available 2 to 4 times per week, combined with in-depth nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching centered around the four pillars of health: Nutrition, Exercise, Relaxation, and Sleep.
